Do you know of any connection between ice chewing and thyroid problems? I have symptoms like hair loss, grinding teeth, weight gain despite exercise and diet changes, shorter menstrual cycles, and general fatigue. I don't have temperature intolerance and my doctor felt my thyroid and said it was fine, but I'm concerned it might be a thyroid problem.
