Every time I eat, my stomach gets upset, and I can't eat much. I've had stomach problems for years, but this particular issue has been a concern for a few weeks. I'm 21 years old, not on any medications, and have PTSD and anxiety. My symptoms include diarrhea alternating with constipation, pain after eating, occasional blood in stool, and I'm unsure if I've lost weight. I sleep okay but wake up exhausted and often need a nap. What could be causing this and what can I do to help my symptoms?

I have a sensation of discomfort in the inguinal area between the pubic bone and belly button, slightly to the right, which developed after a week of intense coughing and blowing my nose due to the flu. There is no noticeable palpable bulge, which does not match typical hernia symptoms. What are the possible causes of this discomfort, and should I be concerned about a hernia? What are my next steps or urgency in seeking medical attention?

I am a 35-year-old male. My left ring and middle fingers feel stiff and weak, especially when gripping or extending them after gripping. This started today after riding roller coasters. Should I be concerned about ALS?

My blood sugar has been extremely high, over 500, and I took 25mg of Novolog. How long should I wait before going to the ER? I'm feeling super hot and tired, should I just sleep it off?

I went to the gym yesterday and had a heart rate of 173 while running on the treadmill for 5 minutes, which is higher than my usual 150-160 range. I had sore muscles in my legs, chest, and back, and experienced chest and back pain, possibly due to an uncomfortable bed. I am also always tired and not sleeping well. I was sick two weeks ago and went to the gym four times last week, with a heart rate of 150-160 during warm-up runs. Why was my heart rate so high, and could I have some kind of heart disease?
