I take Amlodipine 2.5 mg and Triamterene 37.5 mg/HCTZ 25 mg capsules. The water pill is a new addition. My doctor also instructed me to start eating low carb as my sugar levels have been rising and I am considered pre-diabetic. I have not made a bowel movement in 2-3 days. Is this because of the low carb or more likely the new water pill? I am eating lots of veggies, just removed bread and sugar, and sweets. Should I use Miralax?

There is also prominent lymphoid tissue in the nasopharynx and oropharynx, and a retention cyst or polyp in the right maxillary sinus. What do these findings mean, and what is the likely course of action?

I'm feeling dizzy at times and some anxiety, similar to when I started taking it. Is this normal, and what can I do to manage these side effects?
