I am experiencing intermittent sharp pains in my back, a feeling of fullness in my stomach but with hunger pains, and have been using Gas-X and Pepto-Bismol. I have ulcerative colitis (UC) and have been in remission for 5 months. I am a 30-year-old female with no associated bloating or flatulence, pain on both sides by my ribs, not overweight, drinking a little, and smoking one cigarette a week. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I had sexual contact with someone two weeks ago, performing oral sex on her. I then had oral sex and intercourse with my girlfriend. After 4 days, I saw a doctor for a sore throat, which was not related to an STD. I took Zpack for a bacterial infection. Now, I have symptoms of an STD, such as an itchy and irritated penis tip and frequent urination, just 48 hours after finishing the Zpack. Could I have contracted an STD from the first girl and passed it to my girlfriend, or are these symptoms likely due to stress and guilt?

He has had urine, blood work, and an ultrasound, but only severe constipation has been diagnosed. He feels he can't eat anything without suffering. Does Oxybutynin CL have sulfa? I have been having an unexplained case of hives and am working with a dermatologist to figure out what I am allergic to. I was taking Oxybutynin for overactive bladder and seem to also have cystitis. I don't think it is an infection because I just had blood work with the dermatologist and the only thing high was eosinophils. I haven't always taken the Oxybutynin. I only take it when traveling or when I will be in a position where I can't get to a bathroom frequently. I am trying to find the pattern. I have lots of allergies including drug allergies.
