I am 8 weeks out from a left total hip arthroplasty (THA) and have been on Hydrocodone 10/325 2 tabs BID or TID for the last 5 1/2 weeks. I have tried stopping Hydrocodone and going back to just Celebrex 200 mg/day, but I am experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms including increased depression and panic. I am also on Effexor XR 150 mg daily for over 20 years. Is there a way to safely stop Hydrocodone or a protocol to manage withdrawal symptoms? How long will these symptoms last, and how should I decrease the dosage?

I am experiencing swelling in my feet and legs, along with numbness at night that prevents me from sleeping. I have also gained 22 pounds in the last month. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have prolonged neutropenia and am on G-CSF injections to help bring the neutrophils back up, which works. However, I still feel unwell, am slightly anemic (hemoglobin 11), and my platelets have dropped from over 300 to 210. My neutrophils typically range around 0.3, and my white blood cell count is between 1 and 2. My bone marrow biopsy diagnosed neutropenia caused by autoimmune problems, but no antibodies were present. I have symptoms of fatigue and flu-like symptoms. Could this be the early stages of bone marrow cancer?

When laying down in bed on my back or side, my arm gets numb and tingly. It is usually my left arm and I never lay on my left side. I also have some back pain and tenderness on my side. What could be causing this and what should I do?
