I am a 17-year-old boy with oily skin and severe acne breakouts. I use a morning routine of salicylic cleanser, witch hazel toner, niacinamide, and Ponds moisturizer, and a similar routine at night with occasional use of salicylic acid pads or clay masks. I have provided pictures. What can I do to stop the breakouts, simplify my routine, and identify if any products are causing the breakouts?

My period has been overflowing, even with ultra tampons, and I've been experiencing severe migraine attacks. What should I do?

I've been getting pressure marks on my skin for many years when I lay on a chair or do calf raise exercises. I'm concerned if this is normal or if there's something wrong. My past blood work has been fine, except for once when I had high liver enzyme levels, which are now normal. What could be causing these marks, and is there anything I should do or check?

I have some peeling in my vulva area and my clitoris itches. It started a week ago and comes and goes. I have a known allergy to penicillin. What could this be and what should I do?

I’ve had Crohn's disease off-and-on for 40 years since diagnosis. Recently, my anxiety medication stopped working, causing anxiety that led to a more severe Crohn’s attack. I used Prednisone to manage the inflammation, but it caused some damage. This time, the focus was near my navel, and it seems to be taking longer to heal fully than usual. Do you know if there is something different about the lower part of the small bowel that would take longer to heal, and how long does it take for a severe episode of Crohn’s to heal?

I woke up with a pain sensation in the lower back and hip area, and a pressure sensation in the lower stomach area. The pain is a 5-6 on the pain scale and feels like a muscle strain. I took Tylenol, which helped, but the pain persists. I also have a pressure/bloating feeling in the lower abdomen, and I'm unsure if it's constipation. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do for relief?
