I am a 37-year-old male experiencing a buzzing or flip-flop sensation in the center of my upper chest, which lasts for a few seconds and occurs sporadically. It often happens after drinking carbonated beverages and sometimes seems to be triggered by heavy meals or excessive alcohol consumption. I have had multiple EKGs that showed no abnormalities. Could this be atrial fibrillation (AFIB) or heart palpitations, and could it be related to stomach issues?
