I recently had an annual blood test that revealed low white blood cell (WBC) count of 3.3. I am a 31-year-old female, otherwise healthy with no medications. My previous WBC counts were 5.3 (2019), 5.0 (2018), 3.9 (2016), 4.5 (2015), and 4.8 (2012). A week after the blood test, a urine test revealed a UTI which was treated with antibiotics. Should I be concerned about my low WBC count, and what should I do next?

I'm experiencing erratic temperature regulation, feeling hot and cold without a fever, and I'm 37 years old. I have a history of medical conditions including spina bifida, hydrocephalus, spinal cord injury, endometriosis, IBS, and skin issues. I'm currently on medications including risperidone, zoloft, remeron, ditropan, senna, atarax, mira lax, and milk of magnesia PRN. Could this be related to my medications, and is there anything I can do to regulate my temperature in the meantime?
