My blood pressure is 135/67. Is that high?

I have severe lower back pain due to old injury, and MRI shows damage at L1-2, L2-3, L3-4, and L4-5 discs. I am 55 years old and the pain is unbearable. I don't understand why some doctors want me to take medications besides pain meds, as they make me feel very suicidal. Can you please help?

Can high anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies (ASCA) in the blood mean anything besides Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis? I do not have Celiac disease, and all related blood tests are negative. I have had stomach aches, diarrhea, eruptive vellus hair cysts, and ganglion cysts since I was 11, which were diagnosed as IBS. These symptoms improve with a strict diet excluding gluten, wheat, yeast, and sugar. Is high ASCA enough for a diagnosis of Crohn's, and is a colonoscopy necessary if dietary changes manage the symptoms?

I have been taking either oxycontin or morphine for over 15 years to help me with chronic pain. I have never needed more than what is prescribed and have no feelings of being 'drunk' or 'high'. Has my body adjusted to this narcotic, and are there any studies or researches regarding this effect?
