I am a 60-year-old overweight female with left-sided chest pain, numbness, and tingling down my left arm. I have a history of a bulging disc in my cervical area and had a cardiac workup last year that was normal. I am currently uninsured and the pain has returned. I am concerned about confusing cardiac symptoms with musculoskeletal symptoms. Is the pain related to my heart or my musculoskeletal condition?

My mom, who is 74 years old, has a history of pancreatitis and recently experienced pain in the front pancreas area that radiated to her back after eating cheese. The pain has persisted for a week. Is this pain likely related to her cancer or pancreatitis, and what type of imaging might she undergo in the ER?

I am experiencing black specks in my vaginal discharge, which looks like pepper flakes. I am 25 years old and occasionally have sex with my boyfriend, who has been tested and is clear. The first time I had a similar issue, it was brown discharge, and my gynecologist said it was normal. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I think I may have a hemorrhoid. My butt hurts really bad to sit, stand, or lay down. I find myself clenching it a lot but it hurts to release. Going to the restroom hasn’t been very comfortable either. The pain has caused me to be squirmy. How can I manage this condition and prevent it from happening again?

I am a 63-year-old female in good health, on blood pressure medications. I have a sharp pain under my right shoulder blade that has been steady for one hour. My right arm also feels numb. What could be causing this pain, and is it a cause for concern regarding heart attack?

I am a 62-year-old postmenopausal woman with a simple ovarian cyst that has grown from 1 cm in 2017 to 1.7 cm in 2022. The cyst was also measured at 1.2 cm in 2020 and 1.3 cm in 2021 via MRI. I am concerned about the growth and whether it could be cancerous. My doctor does not think I need follow-up, but I disagree. What should I do for monitoring, and can an ultrasound definitively rule out cancer?
