I think I may have a hemorrhoid. My butt hurts really bad to sit, stand, or lay down. I find myself clenching it a lot but it hurts to release. Going to the restroom hasn’t been very comfortable either. The pain has caused me to be squirmy. How can I manage this condition and prevent it from happening again?

I am a 62-year-old postmenopausal woman with a simple ovarian cyst that has grown from 1 cm in 2017 to 1.7 cm in 2022. The cyst was also measured at 1.2 cm in 2020 and 1.3 cm in 2021 via MRI. I am concerned about the growth and whether it could be cancerous. My doctor does not think I need follow-up, but I disagree. What should I do for monitoring, and can an ultrasound definitively rule out cancer?

I just did my 20-week ultrasound scan and the radiologist noted a small left ventricular echogenic cardiac focus. I have already done all genetic screening through Panorama, which was normal, and the 12-week NT ultrasound was also normal. Does this affect the baby's heart, and should I be concerned about genetics?

Why do I not feel serotonin or dopamine even when I try to stimulate them? My mood never changes, I never feel anything, and I've had neurological issues for around 20 years, including gait and speech problems. Recently, I've experienced new symptoms such as inability to feel emotions, pleasure, memory loss, personality changes, and worsened speech. I've had MRI, CT scan, and basic blood tests, but nothing shows up. What else can I do to correct this problem?
