Can a small surgery like a varicocelectomy, delay HIV seroconversion and antibodies production, causing this not to be accurate and definitive at 3 months post exposure? (In the case the surgery were something between the exposure and the 3 months mark)

I have a super itchy back. I noticed what looked like a blood blister, which is now replaced by a puncture mark. Could this have been a bed bug bite? I also experienced fever chills since noticing the 'bite'. When did the itchiness start, and does it come and go? Does my skin look different (red, dry, scaley, raised, etc.)? Do I have any known allergies or other medical history the Doctor should know?

I accidentally got bit on the foot by my friend's German Shepherd, who is very territorial about food. The bite resulted in one small puncture, and the pain has mostly dissipated. I've disinfected the area with alcohol, but do I need to do anything further? I'm concerned about potential complications from dog bites.

The wait lines at doctors are very long right now and I am wondering if I can skip the process and just get what I need from the pharmacy. I have a sore on my chin and on my buttock that I have had for about a week. I have not used any medication or anything similar before, and there are no other medical conditions or medications I am taking. How should I proceed?

I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, and I experience stiffness in my right knee, which causes me to limp while walking. I was prescribed a steroid injection, but I haven't used it yet. Should I go for a cortisone injection when my knee is not causing much pain, and how can I treat the stiffness in my knee?
