I have been bleeding for a week or two (heavy and spotting), and today I had so much blood come out that it poured out uncontrollably. I am on anxiety/depression medications and have an IUD. I am 22 years old and have had the IUD for two years. Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse?

I have back pain located along a straight line from my sternum to my back, near the spine and the point where most people tend to slouch. My posture has been getting worse, and I work at a job where I look down a lot. I've tried using a broomstick to keep my shoulders back, but I'm unsure if this is effective. What is the best way to maintain good posture without looking foolish, and is it normal to get tired holding good posture? Additionally, can a Nissen fundoplication cause someone to slouch over the years?

I have a hard swollen place on my upper right chest and lower neck, which feels connected to my bone and is larger than the other side. It is about the size of two finger tips and does not cause pain or tenderness. How long have you had the swelling? About how large is the affected area? Is your bone painful or tender? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
