I took an OraQuick home test and the T line is showing a faint dot. I currently have a cold. What does the faint dot indicate and should I be concerned?

My husband had a CBC done three times, and his platelets were low (MPV was elevated all three times) and his WBCs were low all three times (auto neutrophils were normal all three times but absolute neutrophils were slightly low). He tested negative for HIV, hep B and C, and EBV. B12 was low normal and folate was normal. He is 70, diabetic and has HTN, both well controlled with diet, exercise and medication. He feels fine, has no symptoms, and his red blood cells are normal. What could be causing these results, and what further tests or evaluations are recommended?

My husband sometimes doesn't have an erection when we try to have intercourse. He doesn't drink water, only Coca Cola, doesn't exercise, and lives a sedentary life. He is 28 years old and has slightly elevated cholesterol and white blood cells. He also complains of being tired often and ejaculates within 2-5 minutes during intercourse. What could be the issue?

My 3-year-old daughter has been coughing and spitting up after coughing fits, and recently threw up a light brown greenish color after drinking milk. She is also sick with a cough, mucus, and runny nose. Should I be concerned about the color of the vomit, and what could this be? Additionally, she has been experiencing poor weight gain and her pediatrician wants us to see a GI specialist. Could the vomiting be related to her weight issues?
