I experienced sudden upper left calf pain while standing about 7 hours ago. The pain worsens when bending the leg or walking. I had imaging done for a clot in this leg a month ago, which came back negative. I am 26 years old, 160 pounds, 5’4”, female, and on oral contraceptives. I am also feeling nauseous. Should I be worried about this pain, especially since it hurts to touch when I try to massage it?

My wife, a breast cancer survivor with paraneoplastic syndrome (PNPS), was treated with 40mg of prednisone for 3 weeks followed by a 6-week taper. She has experienced bobble head, weakness, and wobbly effects since stopping the steroid. How long will these symptoms last?

I have a hair follicle test in 1 week. I took 2 small 'bumps' of cocaine on 7th December after not using it for over 6 months. I'm bald but know they can test body hair. I shaved my whole body 6 months ago. Will the 2 bumps of cocaine be detected in my body hair, such as in my armpit hair?

I had the flu 5 weeks ago and have had a nagging cough since then, mostly dry but occasionally with a small bit of clear phlegm. Should I be concerned? When will the cough go away? Could it be a pneumothorax, especially since I had one 15 years ago?

I was diagnosed with shingles and was prescribed 500 mg Valtrex, which is now finished. I had the shingles shot last year. Should I get the prescription renewed? I have a minor rash in two places, one near my right kidney and the other near my umbilicus. The rash is more annoying than an issue at this point. I took the Valtrex 6 times daily for about a week. I am diabetic with high blood pressure and associated prescriptions.
