I have stopped using marijuana and sleeping pills for sleep, but now I wake up at least once a night to pee, my sleep duration has reduced to 7-8 hours, and occasionally I wake up after 5 hours and can't fall back to sleep. My sleep schedule is different from the normal pattern due to my partner's time zone. I also have insulin resistance, which I keep under control, and I'm concerned about my kidneys. Why has this problem occurred after I started sleeping naturally, and what can I do about it?

How long have you had the tiredness? Is this stable or getting worse? How’s your appetite? Any pain in your head, joints, or muscles? What are all the medications you’re currently using, either for the tiredness or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
