I have a persistent wet cough for the past seven days that comes and goes. The cough sometimes has blood in the phlegm. I am 51 years old, recently traveled from Canada to New Zealand, and had a cold in Canada. What could be causing this and should I seek medical attention?

Is it normal to have a hard bump in the area near my finger that seems to click when pressed? I also have health anxiety and noticed a similar bump on the other side.

I've had a long-standing hand problem since the early 1990s, which has progressively worsened despite various treatments including hand therapy and cortisone injections. I've been checked for carpal tunnel and nerve damage, with normal results. I've also had X-rays and an MRI, both showing normal findings. Despite using compression gloves and thumb stabilizers, I still experience significant pain, especially when not wearing these supports. Is there anything else I could investigate to actually fix the problem, rather than just managing the pain?

I fell on my back on an outside concrete staircase. I am a 59-year-old male with no current medications and no significant medical history. I did not hit my head, but I experienced pain in my back and a little tingling in my left arm. I was frozen for a while after the fall but eventually stood up and walked. Should I go to a hospital for a check-up?
