I had a fistulotomy done for a suspected fistula, which turned out to be a chronic cavity. I have a small, painless, slightly red bump at the end of the surgery incision that hasn't gone away for two weeks. It sometimes swells and drains clear fluid. Should I be concerned about this bump, and what should I do about the swelling and drainage?
