I had a hydrocelectomy in Jan 2008, resulting in an attachment of scar tissue from the testicle to the scrotum at the incision point. The urologist says this is very infrequent and will not perform surgery to separate them due to the risk of worsening the condition. The main issue is constant and increasing pain in the testicle, which the urologist suggests treating with an orchiectomy. I am hesitant and wonder if there are any other options or treatments to relieve the pain before considering removal of the testicle. My medical coverage is through a major HMO in Northern CA. What do you suggest?

I have a sensitive scalp, swollen glands, and fatigue for a week. The sensitive area is a grapefruit-sized spot near my left ear, and there are swollen glands in my neck below the left ear and in the left groin. I also have slight ear pressure, excessive ear wax, and always have diarrhea. My wife noticed a rash on my scalp. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My hands are swollen and hurt, and I have pain in the right side of my stomach below my rib cage. Could the pain in my hands be from my gallbladder? Also, do I need to go to the Emergency Room?

What happens in a positive Tilt Table exam? I have had CABSx2 and stenting after that. I have also had an ablation for SVT with chest pain. I am an RN.
