I was helping to steady a ladder by leaning hard against it, and I felt a slight twinge in my groin. I noticed a swelling that disappears when I am sitting or lying down, but appears when standing. There is no pain, and the swelling goes back in place when I put my hand on it. Is this a rupture? It is a little embarrassing in the summer when one wants to wear shorts or a swimming costume. Can you help?

I've been dizzy, unable to stand well, and very lightheaded for about 8 hours. I also have a loud buzzing noise in my ears that has been present for about 9 months. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
