My creatinine is 1.1, eGFR is 56, and BUN is 18. I am a bodybuilder who consumes a lot of protein but struggles with hydration. This is the first time my numbers have been like this. Should I be concerned about chronic kidney disease (CKD), or could it just be dehydration?

When I breathe in deeply, my right side of the chest has a sharp pain in the boob area, which is more noticeable when I breathe in but also present when I don't. It's not severe but noticeable. Could it be a pulled muscle, or is it related to my chronic rhinitis and post nasal drip that I've had for over a year?
