I had an initial CBC on 14/02/2017 with abnormal results: Platelets 108 L and Red Blood Cells 5.76 H. I've been worried since then, even after a repeat test showed slight improvement: Platelets 117 L and Red Blood Cells 5.73 H. I'm concerned about potential cancer, lupus, or leukemia and can't sleep or eat. What should I do next?

I get an extremely sharp pain in my fourth toe while sleeping. The pain wakes me up and has been happening almost every night for months. I've had the pain for 6 months and it is worse in the middle of the night. I have Addison's disease and Sarcoidosis, and I take cortef and florinef daily. I have a lump on my throat wall to the right, not on my tonsil but just behind it. It might be moving behind my tonsil to make it look smaller or bigger. I'm scared it's getting bigger and could be cancer. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned about it potentially being cancer?
