I had breast cancer last winter that was stage 1a, very small at 2.5mm, and underwent surgery, radiation, and hormone therapy. My recent mammogram was benign, and I see an oncologist regularly. My ALP is high at 157, possibly due to bone loss from medication, and my GGT is high at 111, with normal liver enzymes. I had a sentinel node biopsy with isolated tumor cells found in one node, but I was told my nodes were node negative. My recent abdominal ultrasound was negative for liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas. I'm concerned about the high GGT and want to know what to do next to determine the cause.
