I had breast cancer last winter that was stage 1a, very small at 2.5mm, and underwent surgery, radiation, and hormone therapy. My recent mammogram was benign, and I see an oncologist regularly. My ALP is high at 157, possibly due to bone loss from medication, and my GGT is high at 111, with normal liver enzymes. I had a sentinel node biopsy with isolated tumor cells found in one node, but I was told my nodes were node negative. My recent abdominal ultrasound was negative for liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas. I'm concerned about the high GGT and want to know what to do next to determine the cause.

My husband has high bilirubin levels and a history of liver abscesses due to Klebsiella pneumoniae. His eyes are yellowish, and his bilirubin levels have been fluctuating. What could be causing this, and what steps should we take to monitor and potentially address the issue?

I had a pelvic ultrasound done transabdominally and transvaginally, and the results indicate a slightly heterogeneous endometrium. What does this mean, and what are the potential implications?

For many years, I have experienced difficulty swallowing food, especially small pieces of fruit or meat that are not chewed enough, which sometimes prevents water from being consumed. I often treat it by swallowing repeatedly and drinking small sips of water, but I have also gone to the emergency room where they used a flexible rod to open the esophagus. Today, I had a hard time with small chunks of pineapple. What could be causing this issue and what can I do to address it?

I'm having issues with my gastroenterologist and insurance approval for an endoscopy and Bravo test. I'm also dealing with LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux) and anxiety, and I'm wondering if the antibiotics I took could have caused this issue. How can I manage this condition and improve my situation?
