I had my cortisol levels and ACTH tested in the afternoon a couple of months back, and they were in the normal range. My morning cortisol level was borderline high two days ago. With a higher level in the morning, is it possible I have Cushing syndrome? Or because my levels go down in the afternoon, is that unlikely? Would I need further testing like a late-night cortisol test to tell?

My cheeks get too red on a daily basis, not just when I shower or exercise. The redness has been persistent for about a year or two, and it bothers me a lot. I have sensitive skin and use only a milk cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and facial oil. I haven't used any medication for this and haven't seen a dermatologist. What could be causing this redness, and what should I do about it?

I was diagnosed with an endometriotic cyst in my left ovary in June 2019. I have been experiencing left side pelvic pain and have been using diclofenac potassium and Yaz birth control pills to manage it. The pain seems to worsen after starting Yaz and occurs consistently a few hours after taking the pill. How should I manage my condition and should I continue taking Yaz?

I have a marked tortuous sigmoid colon, splenic flexure, and transverse colon. Is this bad? Can it be fixed? I have occasional constipation and am very depressed about this. What about complications in the future? Do you recommend surgery to fix this? Will it affect my quality of life? Why am I depressed? Taking laxatives damages the bowels? I took a laxative tea for 2 months. Could it have caused damage?
