My mother recently had a colonoscopy and has been feeling pain all over her body, particularly across her back and left shoulder. She has arthritis and is unable to take anything except Tylenol for the next few days. I am worried that the pain is due to some other complication other than gas. Could this be something more serious? Please advise.

My wife cannot get the same pills from her doctor, even though I am on welfare and the government approves my medication, which is covered by my medical insurance. Why can't my wife get the same drug from the drugstore as me?

I recently experienced a concussion following a blow to the left temple, which led to symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, emotional distress, vision changes, and unsteadiness. I was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS) and had an MRI that showed moderate cerebellar tonsillar descent and other findings. I have several questions: 1. Can you clarify the MRI findings in relation to my symptoms? 2. Is the cerebellar tonsillar descent a result of the concussion, and can it be reversed? 3. How long will it take to recover from PCS, and what can I do to speed up the process? 4. Should I wait to update my vision prescription until my PCS symptoms improve?
