Can you clarify the MRI findings in relation to my symptoms? 2. Is the cerebellar tonsillar descent a result of the concussion, and can it be reversed? 3. How long will it take to recover from PCS, and what can I do to speed up the process? 4. Should I wait to update my vision prescription until my PCS symptoms improve?

I have been experiencing right side upper abdomen and side flank pain with burning back pain, rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue, and anxiety symptoms such as shaking, pins and needles in hands and feet, numbness in jaw, and a sensation of something stuck in my throat. I have had normal results from abdominal ultrasound, CT scan, CBC, and EGD. I am taking omeprazole 20mg daily and have been for three months. Could this be a gallbladder issue, and should I consider a higher dose of omeprazole or another medication?

I just used phenylephrine HCI 1% nasal spray. I sprayed it too far back, causing some to drip into my throat and possibly swallow it. Is this dangerous?
