I have a mole that got injured and healed, but the color is different, lighter, at the spot where it healed. I've had the mole for decades and it has been about the same for all that time. The mole is on my left leg, on the shin, and there is no itchiness. I'm 33 years old and currently using curcumin and general allergy medication. There is no history of melanoma in my family. Additionally, I have a line on my nail that I believe is from trauma, as I'm always on my feet and bump into things frequently. I also have a small lesion on my shoulder that I'm concerned about.

I have been passing black stools over the last two weeks. My appetite has decreased, and I can only eat half of what I used to. I am a 64-year-old male with a history of diabetes, heart conditions, reflux, and a double bypass. My family has a history of diabetes. I recently added iron and vitamin D tablets to my medication regimen. Are these symptoms related to my medications or medical history?

I got a concussion a few days ago and I'm still getting dizzy spells. Should I go see a doctor? I had one other concussion before a few months ago and it seems pretty stable. I'm 21, on medications including glumetza, fluoxetine, and Yasmin 28, and have a history of pre-diabetes and PCOS. I have headaches, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, occasional blurry vision, sluggish arms, balance issues, and extreme dizziness when moving. I've tried Tylenol and Advil for relief, but they only help with headaches.

I have been ill for 3 days with a heavy cough, causing pain in my left ribs. I am coughing up gobs of yellow mucus, feeling listless, and have no fever. I am 83 years old, have a history of chronic sinusitis, and am on multiple medications primarily for heart and blood pressure issues, as well as diabetes controlled with diet and metformin. Is the cough related to my chronic sinusitis, and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms and prevent complications like pneumonia?

Yesterday I ate takeout and specified no peanut or sesame, but after an hour, I experienced throat closure, swollen tongue and face, chest constriction, confusion, dizziness, and difficulty standing. I took Xyzal and Albuterol inhaler and drank water. Symptoms improved but returned this morning with face swelling and chest constriction. What should I do?
