I have a nagging pain in the right side of my shoulder and back that has been present for about a month. I've been using ibuprofen and Aleve for it, but haven't seen a doctor yet. There is also a tingling and numbness in my right arm. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and various physical symptoms such as tingling in the tongue, chest pain, fluctuating heart rate, stomach pain, and nausea. My ECG shows an incomplete right bundle branch block, and I have a history of anxiety and mild sleep apnea. I am concerned about the possibility of heart attack or stroke due to family history and my symptoms. I had gallbladder surgery a month ago, but I'm still experiencing significant pain, discomfort, and physical exhaustion. My incision was larger than usual due to the enlarged state of my gallbladder.
