asked

I have a nasal and ear infection that has persisted for 6 days after a flight, causing pressure build-up in my ear and making it hard to hear. My nose is also bubbling, and I can't breathe properly due to mucus build-up. I'm 18 years old and currently using a neti pot, but it only helps for 30 minutes. I have a history of ear infections from when I was younger. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?

Is this likely gallbladder or gastritis pain, and if it is a gallstone trying to pass, is there a quick way to remedy it? Additionally, how can I self-confirm the issue, and what foods can help prevent a recurrence or improve my current condition?

My brother, 67, has been experiencing sudden onset numbness on his right side, including his face, and balance issues after standing for long periods.
