My chest has been hurting for days now. The pain comes and goes, is sharp and achy, and feels like I can't take a deep breath. I'm 27 years old and have a dry cough. I am worried about my ECGs, which have shown abnormal results over two days, including a prolonged QT interval, abnormal repolarization, and ischemia, despite normal echocardiograms and being cleared by my cardiologist. I have a family history of heart conditions and suffer from severe anxiety. What could these ECG abnormalities indicate, and should I be concerned about a potential heart attack or sudden death?

I went on a trip to Hawaii and started having excessive nasal discharge, ear crackling, and difficulty clearing my ears during flights. After returning to the states, my left ear did not clear, leading to continued nasal congestion, sinus pain, and a slight cough. I was prescribed Augmentin 875/125 and have been taking it for 3 days, but my left ear remains clogged. What should I do to resolve this issue, and at what point should I seek further medical attention?
