I have a ruptured Posterior Tibial Tendon in my right foot, 2 cm retracted. I'm getting an Arizona brace temporarily. I damaged this tendon two years ago and again recently. My doctor says I have moderately loose ankles. I've seen discussions about replacing this tendon with another tendon or a cadaver tendon. Would a cadaver tendon suffice? Will it be near the same strength as the original? Will I need a heel reposition with a screw to prevent further damage?

I just started a new job about 2 and a half weeks ago and work in the stock room. Last week, I started experiencing chest and lower abdominal pains. Is this related to stress from the new job, or could it be something more serious?

I had my last period on October 27 and had intercourse on November 4 and 20. I took several pregnancy tests, all of which were negative, but I am 5 days late for my period. My menstrual cycles have been irregular, ranging from 24 to 34 days. What could be causing my delayed period, and should I take another pregnancy test?

I have two large, hard, and painful cysts, one in my left butt cheek and one on my right knee, both shaped like a thumb. The one in my butt cheek became infected, causing high fever and vomiting, and has been lanced twice without improvement. I don't have insurance and have already spent a lot on doctor visits without a definitive diagnosis. What could these cysts be, and what can I do to manage them without expensive tests like MRI or CT scan?

My significant other has been experiencing chest and scapular pain when breathing, shooting pains in the back, and difficulty taking deep breaths for four days. Could it be pleurisy, and what can be done to relieve the pain?

I have been seeing the same spine doctor for my 4 bulging discs. During my recent appointment, they asked for a urinalysis (UA) without explaining why. I am not in a pain clinic. Can they do that, and why might they have requested a UA?
