Would having a liver transplant and being on Prograf and Coumadin have anything to do with me and my wife having problems getting pregnant? I am only 40, and my wife is 31. We have never had any kids before, and she has never been pregnant. The liver transplant was due to liver failure caused by a protein S deficiency, and we have been trying to conceive for 6 months since the transplant.

My wife says my body jerks violently when I sleep after having a few alcoholic drinks during 'Happy Hour'. This doesn't seem to be a problem with beer and wine. I have A-fib and sleep apnea, and I'm on a blood thinner for A-fib and use an oral device for sleep apnea. What could be the reason for these jerks?

I have eustachian tube dysfunction and have had chronic ear infections, leading to symptoms like full and heavy ears, pulling sensations, numbness, swelling, and tightness around the neck and ears. I also have chronic fatigue, sinus problems, and a history of a cochlear implant. My ENT doctor believes these symptoms are psychological, but I think I have chronic otitis media and need tubes. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I have soreness and inflammation in the solar plexus region. How long have you had this for? Is the pain dull aching or sharp? Any relation with intake of food? Bloating, dyspepsia? Any changes in bowel habits? Previous medical illnesses or any medications that you are using? Does the pain aggravate on movement? Is it to the upper left or right of the abdomen or is it right there in the center? Heartburn? Do you smoke? Is the pain more obvious in the night or during the day?

I've been experiencing morning gas and abdominal discomfort for 1.5 months, extreme nausea at night for 2 weeks, burping for 2 weeks, and a metallic taste in my mouth on and off for 1 week. My stools are soft and lighter orange, sometimes appearing green. I had an endoscope in late January for a suspected ulcer and have been taking a PPI, but it hasn't helped. Should I be concerned about pancreatic cancer and insist on an abdominal ultrasound?
