I had Nissen Fundoplication surgery and have experienced gurgling sounds when I swallow, especially when lying down. This has been happening for two years post-surgery, even without taking PPIs or Gaviscon. Is this gurgling normal and related to the wrap, or should I consider going back on PPIs or H2 blockers?

I was at the park about a week ago playing with some kids and now I have pinworms. I have taken over-the-counter pinworm medication but it's not helping. The itching and scratching in the anus area is very uncomfortable and irritating. I have tried garlic and the tape test, finding a bunch of them. What else can I do to get rid of these pinworms?

I am 47 years old and on a combined oral contraceptive pill. I have been experiencing night sweats, not just during my pill-free week but all the time, which is severely disrupting my sleep. I also have joint pain in my elbow, base of thumb, and knee. My GP did a blood test which came back normal, including thyroid, no signs of leukaemia, and LH and FSH within normal ranges. For the past few days, the tip of my penis has a small itch here and there. It's not constant and there isn't any redness or discharge. It doesn't burn when I pee. The itchiness started randomly and is more focused on my urethra. I scratch it, and it stops for a few hours. I haven't used any medication for it and haven't seen a doctor. I am 23 years old and have had unprotected sex recently, but my partner was checked and all results were negative.
