What tests would be affected in a blood test due to COVID-19?

I am a 37-year-old male experiencing a buzzing or flip-flop sensation in the center of my upper chest, which lasts for a few seconds and occurs sporadically. It often happens after drinking carbonated beverages and sometimes seems to be triggered by heavy meals or excessive alcohol consumption. I have had multiple EKGs that showed no abnormalities. Could this be atrial fibrillation (AFIB) or heart palpitations, and could it be related to stomach issues?

I'm having unexpected diarrhea that lasted 24 hours straight and has returned after taking Imodium. The diarrhea is now coming in random bouts almost every hour. I'm very hungry, slightly bloated, and a bit fatigued, but otherwise feel fine. I haven't traveled recently, haven't been in contact with anyone with similar symptoms, and have no other medical problems or medications besides Imodium. Could this be related to my period starting soon, or is it something else?

I have been nauseous for 7 days, with no vomiting or diarrhea, and was constipated for a couple of days but better now. My blood work showed elevated ALT, but everything else was okay. I had an EKG a few weeks ago which was normal. What could I be sick with?

I recently returned from the Philippines and started experiencing diarrhea, abdominal pain, and nausea. The pain is severe and has caused vomiting. I'm concerned about the severity of the pain and how long I should wait before going to the emergency room. Additionally, I have a history of mild gallbladder issues and had a fatty liver during COVID, which I reversed with diet and exercise. What should I do?
