I have Addison's disease and take 2mg of Dex for 3 days followed by hydrocortisone for a day to prevent Dex buildup in my system. I also take testosterone for hypergonadism. I am 53 years old, weigh 190 lbs, and my weight has remained constant. Does the Dex dosage make sense?

I am a 56-year-old male with a history of gout. My hand recently swelled up and was painful, leading to a doctor's visit where I was diagnosed with gout and given anti-inflammatory tablets. My diet includes a lot of fruit, meat, fish, salads, and occasional takeaways. I drink alcohol socially, with 4 to 10 standard drinks when out, but none during the week. I also bike ride and walk regularly. My hands swell occasionally after exercise. I have not changed my diet yet. What dietary and lifestyle changes should I make to manage my gout effectively?

I’ve been snoring quite a bit lately, especially over the past week, and I’ve had some congestion. I’ve been doing a lot of demolition work on a building and wear a mask. I’m 33 and not overweight. When I sleep on my side, it’s okay, but I prefer sleeping on my back. Is this snoring a cause for concern, and what can I do to alleviate it?
