I have an ear infection and cannot see a doctor for a week. What can help with the sharp pain, especially since it kept me up most of the night? I am 76 years old, on blood pressure meds, thyroid medication, and dexilant. My symptoms include sharp pain, and I can hear okay with no drainage. I am not sick otherwise but do have a cough.

I have been experiencing throat pain when swallowing for almost 4 days, which is achey and burning. I have been taking Tylenol but it is not getting better. I also feel cold sometimes and have occasional cough, nausea, and vomiting when the pain aggravates. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I tested positive for COVID-19 and have a high fever of 103.3°F, along with chills, a mild cough, and body aches. My breathing is fine, but I feel congested and have a minor sore throat. I am fully vaccinated with two boosters and have no significant pre-existing conditions except for a slight heart murmur and benign arachnoid cysts on my brain. What should I do for my symptoms and should I seek medical attention?

I need help interpreting an MRI report from 1993 that mentions 'advanced grade II changes within the posterior horn of the medial meniscus but no evident tear.' The images were somewhat limited by patient motion. What does this mean, and could it indicate a tear that wasn't clearly seen due to movement?
