I have been experiencing throat pain when swallowing for almost 4 days, which is achey and burning. I have been taking Tylenol but it is not getting better. I also feel cold sometimes and have occasional cough, nausea, and vomiting when the pain aggravates. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I tested positive for COVID-19 and have a high fever of 103.3°F, along with chills, a mild cough, and body aches. My breathing is fine, but I feel congested and have a minor sore throat. I have a small umbilical hernia that doesn't hurt but feels weird. I'm wondering if I can still lift weights, jog, and do intense cardio with it. I've had a hernia before in the same area, and I'm about to get into the police academy, so I can't afford surgery until I graduate. What activities can I safely engage in without worsening the hernia or increasing the risk of complications?
