My HbA1c levels increased from 5.6 in June to 5.8 in July, just one month apart. How is this possible, and what should I do to manage it?

I am a 16-year-old semi-vegetarian woman weighing around 53 kg and standing 171 cm tall. I want to make my diet appropriate for muscle gain while staying healthy, but I don't want to bulk up significantly right now. I eat fish and chicken but cannot digest pork, beef, etc. What dietary and workout advice can you provide?

I'm preparing for a colonoscopy. I've taken my 18 doses of miralax and my 4 dulcolax tablets. My stool is dark yellow and contains blood. Do I still take the 10 ounce bottle of magnesium citrate or not? Also, would this be cause to go to the ER?

I am a hypochondriac with somatic tendencies. I found a knot on my collarbone, had an X-ray which was fine, but later had a chest CT scan showing mild arthritis and oseophytes on my scapula and first rib joint. Despite these findings, I am still stressed and worried that something serious, like cancer, was missed. I have health anxiety and see a therapist. How can I manage my anxiety and reassure myself that there is no serious health issue?
