I have been experiencing pain in my forearm, thumb, and occasional pain in my right foot. The nurse practitioner diagnosed it as tendonitis and recommended taking Aleve, which did not help. I also have a history of TMJ, a bacterial infection in my arm and little intestine, and a yeast infection in my sinus, all of which were identified through muscle testing. My TMJ specialist noted unusually high blood pressure. Dr. Roberts advised me to get blood work and an ultrasound on my arm, but I have a limited budget and can only do this in December. What can I do now to help myself? Should I use warm or cold compresses? Are there any other suggestions?
