I have been feeling unwell with a sore throat that feels swollen and a cough for 7 days. The cough comes and goes, is dry, and there is slight tightness in my chest. I am currently taking paracetamol and Strepsils, and I am 30 years old. I had asthma as a child but no other significant medical history. I have tested negative for COVID-19 twice and have not been in contact with anyone who has it. I have tried over-the-counter cold remedies. I do not smoke and have had acid reflux in the past but not currently. My voice is hoarse, especially after talking throughout the day.

I have had a congested cough for months now. Should I go to the doctor? The cough comes and goes, is wet, and I have a pacemaker. I am 52 years old and not using any medications.

Why does my acid reflux only occur when it's closer to bedtime, and should I be concerned if my resting heart rate is on average 99 beats per minute?

My Mom feels sick. She is 63 years old, has diabetes type 2, and feels weakness, especially in the mornings. She has been using medication for 3 days, but I'm not sure what exactly. Her blood sugar level is currently 10.9, usually around 7.6. She had a gastrectomy. What could be causing her weakness and what should we check?

Can I get a doctor's note for my work, and what should I do about my symptoms of fever, lightheadedness, sore throat, swollen tonsils, and tenderness in the neck area?

I have been experiencing ongoing stomach discomfort, including small pinches and occasional acid reflux, despite having GERD two months ago. I am 23 years old and not currently on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?
