🏥  Medical

I have been having ear problems for over a month now. My ears feel full, with no pain, no runny nose, and no headaches, but occasional mild nausea. I was diagnosed with acute serous otitis media and rhinosinusitis. I had an allergic reaction to penicillin in the past and am hesitant to take Roxithromycin due to its ototoxic side effects. My questions are: 1) Can you confirm that an antibiotic is appropriate to resolve my condition? 2) If I didn't have a reaction to amoxicillin, should I take that? I'm concerned about a delayed allergic reaction. 3) Will a cephalosporin class antibiotic work for this condition, and should I take that instead? 4) Is there another form of treatment I should consider?
