I experienced severe weakness, pain, headache, and difficulty walking after not eating, drinking, or using the bathroom during a class substitution. I am now shivering, shaking, and have an upset stomach. Could this be a brain aneurysm or another serious condition?

I have been visiting my family doctor for 4 months due to heart palpitations, a fast heartbeat, and recently diagnosed as diabetic with high bad cholesterol. I have also been experiencing jaw soreness and muscle tears in my jaw, despite no known injury, and now my legs are starting to bruise. I am getting tired of going back and forth to my doctor.
