I have been struggling with high blood pressure for some time. Recently, my blood pressure has been averaging 135/83 due to high stress levels from a new job. I have lost 20 pounds and started eating healthier, including homemade fruit shakes for breakfast. I want to start working out to get healthier, but I'm afraid it might increase my blood pressure to dangerous levels. Can I start running or biking?

I have chest pain that is deep and continues to my back and shoulder blades. I tested positive for COVID this afternoon. The pain started on Sunday but was on and off, and it has become more consistent this evening. The pain is sharp and achy, and I am 19 years old. I also have a cough, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, and my pulse is 119. My oxygen level is 98, and I have no chronic health conditions. What should I do about this pain?
