I’ve peed twice since then with clear urine. Is this okay? Can I go to sleep without worrying about water intoxication or needing to pee more?

I was on prednisone a few weeks ago and caught something. My throat has been on fire for 3 days on the left side, and now it's almost day 4 with intense throat pain, chest and back tightness, and swollen lymph nodes all over my head. Breathing and oxygen levels are normal, and my heart is normal. I had mono in my 20s and have a contained tooth minor infection with no symptoms on the opposite side. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them?
