I developed a pain behind my thigh under my left cheek, possibly due to sitting too much. I've been feeling this for about 2-3 weeks. I'm 25 and I workout every day for about 1.5 hours, but my work involves sitting at a computer. What could be causing this pain and can it be fully healed?

I have been dealing with post-Covid or post-mono fatigue for two months and four days. I am a 20-year-old male who was extremely athletic before this infection. I was 6'2" and 220 pounds, slightly overweight, with an unhealthy diet. Despite being in good physical shape, I am frustrated that regular people get Covid less often than me and I'm still dealing with fatigue. I had a five-day period without fatigue last week, but it relapsed two days ago. I am taking Athletic Greens, a multivitamin supplement, and greens extract, and I try to consume 1800 to 2200 calories a day with sufficient protein. My cardio is limited to 1-2 miles a day, and I sleep for eight hours a night. I get frustrated after eating healthy meals, feeling fatigued shortly after. My blood test results were perfect, and they suspect sleep apnea, but I don't snore and don't have sleep issues. What can I do to manage this fatigue?
