I have high blood pressure and feel okay, but my readings are consistently high, especially when I wake up or have been asleep. My latest reading was 205/90. What should I do?

I am a 65-year-old married man. My wife and I have been married for 42 years and have had a good sex life until 1 1/2 years ago after my prostate cancer surgery. I am a cancer survivor and can function sexually as before. However, since we were unable to have intercourse for approximately 2 years, my wife's vaginal opening appears to have closed somewhat, making entry very difficult. We use Corn Huskers lotion as a lubricant, recommended by a pharmacist. What do you suggest?

I have a sinus infection. Can you provide further information: Since when have you been having symptoms? Have you shown a doctor already? Since when have you been taking Levaquin? Are you still having symptoms after taking Levaquin? Have any investigations been done like CT scan?
