I had gastric bypass surgery 6 weeks ago and have been experiencing severe nausea from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. Even small sips of liquids or bites of food make me feel like I'm going to throw up. I'm also constantly constipated, with painful cramps and sharp shooting pains. My surgeon has me on Zofran, phenergan, reglan, a scopalimine patch, Senekot, dulcolax, and a stool softener. I've added miralax to the mix, but it hasn't helped. Could something be wrong due to the surgery? How many days can I go without a bowel movement, and should I be worried?

I am a 37-year-old male experiencing a buzzing or flip-flop sensation in the center of my upper chest, which lasts for a few seconds and occurs sporadically. It often happens after drinking carbonated beverages and sometimes seems to be triggered by heavy meals or excessive alcohol consumption. I have had multiple EKGs that showed no abnormalities. Could this be atrial fibrillation (AFIB) or heart palpitations, and could it be related to stomach issues?
