I have had ongoing sickness for 6 weeks, including pneumonia, a viral infection, and suspected viral meningitis. I've been hospitalized four times and experienced symptoms such as loss of appetite, lower right tummy pain, weight loss, extreme nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, fever, and chills. My platelet levels have varied from 390k to 170k. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I had a lap band in 2010 with no complications. I was recently hospitalized for depression and started on risperidone and nitrofurantoin for a UTI. Today, after taking these medications and eating a small meal, I experienced nausea, heartburn, and later vomited black. I am new to this area and don't have a doctor. What should I do?
