My daughter's TSH results were 0.77. Could she still have a thyroid problem? She has several symptoms of a thyroid problem such as hot flashes, dry brittle nails, sleeplessness or restless sleep, cold hands and feet. She is also calcium deficient, low iron, and vitamin D deficient. She has recently started taking all of the above vitamins. Should I follow up with an endocrinologist?

I am worried about an upcoming surgery for an anal fistula, specifically a subcutaneous one. I have a bump and a pinhole opening on the outside, with pus visible inside after applying pressure. I want to eliminate any possibility of future infection or sepsis and manage the current situation with showers and sitz baths. Should I proceed with surgery, and am concerned about potential incontinence as a result. My doctor mentioned a simple fistula close close in, and also discussed options like fibrin injection and seton placement if needed. Do I need a colonoscopy or any imaging to determine if there are deeper issues before proceeding with surgery?

I've been experiencing 'pricky' feelings on my face for the past few days, similar to tiny pins or a cloth over my face. I had this feeling before and had an MRI which was clean, ruling out MS. I have no headaches or other symptoms, but I've had recent allergy symptoms and been taking Aller-tec. Could this be related to my allergies, and is there any chance it could be something more serious like MS?
