I've been experiencing 'pricky' feelings on my face for the past few days, similar to tiny pins or a cloth over my face. I had this feeling before and had an MRI which was clean, ruling out MS. I have no headaches or other symptoms, but I've had recent allergy symptoms and been taking Aller-tec. Could this be related to my allergies, and is there any chance it could be something more serious like MS?

For about a year and a half, I have experienced dizziness or balance problems that have hindered my daily activities. The symptoms are most severe in the morning and improve as the day progresses. My daughter, who is 21, went to the ER last night with symptoms including feeling unwell, abnormal EKG results, slightly elevated heart enzymes, and a mini heart attack. She was sent home but is still experiencing symptoms such as tiredness, tingling in her chest and left shoulder, dizziness, vision issues, and shortness of breath. What should she do, and is this situation very serious?
